Add option allowPublicKeyRetrieval with vaule true in MySQL driver settings.

Looks like you're using outdated MySQL connector in your DBeaver while trying to connect to MySQL 8.0.4 or higher. Just update your mysql-connector-java in DBeaver.

Use -p parameter to open 3306 port of container for external connections. For example: docker run -p 3306:3306 --name some-mysql -e MYSQL_ROOT_PASSWORD=my-secret-pw -d mysql:tag

Install 64 bit version of Java.
