Fortunately, the Turkish government offers a conditional entry program called Şartlı - Giriş, which allows eligible individuals to enter Turkey for a short period of time (10 days). If the purpose of your stay is to apply for a residence permit, you have the right to use such permission to enter. However, you are required to apply for a residence permit within 10 days after entry.
